• Your training activity, such as courses started and completed and certificates earned.
• Basic technical data generated automatically, such as log and device information used to operate and secure the site.

• To deliver the training, track your progress, and issue certificates.
• To contact you about your account, including access approval and password resets.
• To tell you about FIntegrate products and services related to dispute management. You can opt out of these messages at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the site, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Supabase — account authentication and database hosting.
• Resend — sending account and training emails.
• HubSpot — our customer relationship management system.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the training and meet our legal and business obligations. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may access or update your account information, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or request that we delete your account by contacting us at the address below.
